A
little background to our rosado wines
Made
in the same way as the white wines but from red grapes, which are given
6 – 12 hours skin contact to ensure the correct colour is
obtained. Fermentation
is in stainless steel tanks and then left on the fine lees for
further flavour enhancement.
After approximately 8 weeks the wine receives a
bentonite fining before bottling on the property.

lot of effort is spent trying to ensure that we have the very
best and properly ripe fruit, from which to make our wines.

Tasting Notes
Peter Arnold wines have a distinctive personality - intensely flavoured and finely structured with great length and finesse. These are naturally made, living wines which made deposit tartrate chrystals in the bottle - a healthy sign of a HANDCRAFTED WINE.
Cork
Policy
Overture is bottled with a synthetic cork to preserve the intense fruity characteristics of this wines. This also removes for us the risks of any cork problems in these bottles.
