Peter Arnold Rosado Wines

 

A little background to our rosado wines

Made in the same way as the white wines but from red grapes, which are given 6 – 12 hours skin contact to ensure the correct colour is obtained.  Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks and then left on the fine lees for further flavour enhancement.  After approximately 8 weeks the wine receives a bentonite fining before bottling on the property. Peter Arnold wines have a distinctive personality - intensely flavoured and finely structured with great length and finesse. These are naturally made, living wines which made deposit tartrate chrystals in the bottle - a healthy sign of a HANDCRAFTED WINE.

Cork Policy
Overture is bottled with a synthetic cork to preserve the intense fruity characteristics of this wines. This also removes for us the risks of any cork problems in these bottles.
